JOHNSON CITY--John W Hite 58 of 1725 Skyline Drive, Johnson City, died at Memorial Hospital Sunday at 8 p.m.

He was a native of Sullivan County, having lived in Johnson City for the last five years. He was the son of the late David Hite.

He was a member of the liberty Church of the Brethern.

He is survived by his widow, Stella Isenberg Hite, Johnson City; one son Bobby Hite, U.S. Army in France; one daughter TOY CRAWFORD, Johnson City.

One sister, Mrs Orgie Light, of Kingsport; three grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.

Funeral services will be held Wednesday at 2:00 p.m. at the Chapel of the Appalachian Funeral Home. Officating will be the Rev E. J. Rowe.

Burial will be in MonteVista Burial Park.

Pallbearers will be SAMMY DOUGLAS; ADSEL HITE; FRED LIGHT; ARTHUR ROGERS; E. J. ROWE, JR; ELEC HALE; J. D. HOUSER, and JACK HARLAN.

Friends will be flowerbearers.

Appalachian Funeral Home is in charge.
