Fannie, daughter of Eliza Jane and John Franklin "Red Horse" Wilson, married John Leonard Johnson, son of Malinda (Riggs) and William David Johnson, on February 25, 1901, at Cole Camp, Missouri, with her mother giving consent, as Fannie was under the age of 18. John Leonard was born March 18, 1877, and died in 1956, at Laurie, Missouri.

NOTE: Both her tombstone and death certificate have that Fannie was born in 1882. Family records note those mistakes and state she was born in 1885. This is confirmed by her marriage license. Fannie was 16 years old in 1901.
