W. F. BOLIN DIED SATURDAY

William Franklin Bolin, 82, longtime resident of Idabel, died at his home at 8 a. m. Saturday. Born March 24, 1866, in Alabama, he had resided in this community since 1908, coming from Texarkana.

He was a retired farmer and businessman, an active Mason and a member of the Baptist church. Mrs. Bolin died March 10, 1947.

He is survived by five sons, John S. Bolin, Phoenix, Ariz,; T. E. Bolin, Idabel; Jesse J. Bolin, Lakeside, Calif.; W. Joe Bolin, Carlsbad, N. M., and Henry A. Bolin, South Gate, Calif.; two daughters, Miss Ophelia Bolin, Idabel, and Mrs. Vance Rothrock, Wichita, Kan.; six grandchildren and two great grandchildren.

Funeral services were held at 3:30 p. m. Sunday at the home with Rev. W. S. Harmon officiating. A quartet of Pat Lawson, Miss Jean Patrick, Jess Watson and Burl Mays, accompanied by Mrs. Lena Fae Foster, sang "Precious Memories," "Shall We Gather at the River" and "God Will Take Care of You."

Burial was in Denison cemetery under direction of Wilson funeral home. Bearers wereJ. D. Butler, J. A. Angelley, Oscar Wright, O. S. Minter, Claude Folsom and Otis Maddry.
