Milton George Condry, 85, of Rogers went home to be with Jesus at 3:30 a.m. Oct. 17, 2002. Milton was born in Mansfield on Oct. 19, 1916, to John Rogers and Veda Grandstaff Condry. Milton was baptized in the Baptist Church in Mansfield and served in the Army as a sergeant in the military police from 1941-45 and received an honorary discharge. He was employed by Safeco Title Insurance Co. in Seattle for 40 years. Milton was preceded in death by his parents and a brother, Billy Mell Condry. Milton is survived by a sister, Sybil Jenkins of Napa, Calif.; and a brother, Kendal R. Condry of Rogers. Funeral will be 11 a.m. Monday at Martin Funeral Home Chapel in Mansfield with interment at Coop Prairie Cemetery in Mansfield.Source: "Times Record Obituary Archive."
