Mrs. Syble Alyne Mills Gresham, age 85, of Crockett, passed away Tuesday, May 3, 2011 in the East Texas Medical Center-Crockett. Mrs. Gresham was born January 6, 1926 in Houston County, Texas and had lived in Crockett for many years. She was a member of the Order of the Eastern Star in Crockett Chapter # 509. Mrs. Gresham was a housewife and had retired as an executive secretary in Houston. She attended Community Full Gospel Church.
Survivors include daughter, Cynthia Puckett and husband, Robert of Doddridge, Arkansas; brother, Ernie Mills and wife, Harriet of Sugar Land; sister, Maxine Vogler and husband, Norris of Rosenberg; niece, Terri Vogler; sisters-in-law, Sue McCormick of Crockett, Delphia Mills of Oregon; grandchildren, Debbie Kelley and husband, Steve of Houston, David Puckett and wife, Laura of Doddridge, Arkansas; great-grandchildren, Colton Kelley, Cody Kelley, Logan Puckett, Ashton Puckett, Ethan Puckett and Brianna Puckett; great-great-granddaughter, Madeline Chloe Puckett; great-great-grandson, James Henry Puckett; numerous other nieces, nephews and relatives.

Funeral services for Mrs. Syble Alyne Mills Gresham will be held Friday, May 6, 2011 at 1:00 p.m. in the Callaway-Allee Memorial Chapel with Robert Puckett officiating. Interment will follow in the Ivie Cemetery.
