Addie was born Feb. 27, 2011, to Preston and Jessica (Parenti) Otte. After two short months with her family, Addie returned to her Heavenly Father early Easter morning. As she quietly drifted to sleep in her grandmother's arms, we know she was quickly welcomed into His arms.
Addie was born with a heart defect which made her short sojourn on this earth a fight for life, but through it she was such a precious little girl with the sweetest spirit. As we held her in our arms for the first time free of cords, tubes, and wires following her passing, we knew she was free and at peace.
Addie is survived by her parents, Preston and Jessica (Parenti) Otte, grandparents, Richard Cundari and Stephanie Parenti and Royce and Janet Otte, and by great-grandparents, Vern and Donna Otte, William Spillane and Lucy Jurage.
A viewing will be held at 10:00 a.m. on Friday April 29, at Larkin Sunset Gardens in Sandy, Utah. (1950 E. 10600 S.) A small service will begin at 11 a.m.
Following the service, a luncheon will be provided at the LDS church house located on the corner of 951 E. 3825 South, Salt Lake City, Utah. All family and friends are invited.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Mended Little Hearts of Tucson in Addie's behalf. This program offers support to children like Addie whose hearts need a little extra help and care. We want to thank them as they were a great support to our family as we spent our time with Addie. PayPal donations can be made through the link to the organization at http://www.tuscon.mendedlittlehearts.net/.
We are thankful for all the support and love that has been shown to us and for our precious Addie.
