Born in Newport on Feb. 16, 1953, she is the daughter of the late Robert Glenn and Dorothy E. Coffman Spence. She had retired from McDonalds in Wilmington, Ohio, after being there several years. She was a member of the Bloomington Baptist House of Prayer.
She is survived by her husband, Frank Cotton, whom she married June 6, 1990; a son, Denny (*****) Campbell of Amelia, Ohio; and stepchildren: Jennifer (Gary) Cotton and Brian Cotton of Cincinnati, Ohio, Christopher Cotton of Reesville, Ohio, and Vic and Vance Campbell; grandchildren: Jasmine, Kyle, Desirree, Brianna, Devyn and Daron; a very special sister, Joyce Dooley, who cared for her the last five months and Sharon Scheuermann, both of Milan, Ind.; brothers: Eugene (Janet) Spence of Richwood, and Ronald (Peggy) Spence of Cincinnati, Ohio. She is also survived by a special brother and sister-in-law, Arthur and Runell Cotton of Glasgow; and several nieces and nephews and great-nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by a sister, Carol Bitter, and brother, James Spence.
Funeral services will be Monday at noon at the Baptist House of Prayer, Bloomington, Ohio. Visitation will be on Sunday at the Littleton Funeral Home, Sabina, Ohio, from 3 until 7 p.m. Burial will be in the Maple Grove Cemetery, Cleves, Ohio.
