WOODS, JOSEPH E. SR., 87, of Mt. Washington, Ky., died Monday, February 18, 2008. He was a former resident of New Haven, an Army veteran of World War II and was retired from the Carl Brewer Co. He is survived by his children, Joe Woods (Margie), John Woods (Debbie), Kathy Fell (Bill), Anna Woods, Joyce Morris (Tommy), Dorothy Ritter (Bobby) and Susan Tipton (Jeff); grandchildren; and great-grandchildren. His funeral is 2 p.m. Wednesday at Fern Creek Funeral Home, 5406 Bardstown Road, with burial in Highland Memory Gardens. Visitation is 2-8 p.m. Tuesday.
