On Lee's WWI Draft Registration card, he lists his birthdate as February 28, 1891 and his full name as Lee West Teter. On the Montana Death Index 1868-2011, it lists his middle initial as W. On the headstone, it has the year of 1892 and the middle initial as M. Not sure what is the correct info now, but personally, I would lean toward the info in the draft records and assume that they made a mistake on the headstone. I leave it up to you to judge what is correct and what isn't.
