Nathan Ray McQueen passed away Friday, April 29, 2011, at Baylor Medical Center in Dallas.
He was born in Cumby on Nov. 16, 1934, the son of Orville Ray and Nora Mayo McQueen.
He was a retired truck driver for the Malloy Landfill. He was a member of the Baptist faith.
Survivors include his daughters, Elaine Sweet of Harker Heights, and Rhonda McQueen and Lori McQueen, both of Odessa; his sons, C.R. McQueen of Eastland, Mark McQueen of Pinson and Donald McQueen of Garrison; his sisters, Margaret Dickens of Peoria, Ariz., Wanda Johnson of Dallas and LeQuita Tanner of Mesquite; several grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren
He was preceded in death by his parents; two infant children; his brothers, Troy McQueen and Tommy McQueen; and one sister, Juanita McQueen
Arrangements are under the direction of Murray-Orwosky Funeral Home.
