John Franklin Nester, 72, Alum Spring Rd., died Saturday night in a Marion hospital.
He is survived by his wife, Mrs. Lucy McGlothlin Nester; one daughter Mrs. Garnett Armbrister, Max Meadows; three sons, Harry and Paul Nester both of Draper, and Carl Nester, Pulaski; one sister, Mrs. Etta McGlothlin, Miami, Fla.; two brothers James Nester, Radford; and Ballard Nester, Kingsport, Tenn.; and 11 grandchildren.
Funeral will be Tuesday at 2 pm from the Seventh Day Adventist Church conducted by Elder George Detil. Burial will be in the Oglesby Cemetery.
The body will remain at Strickler's Funeral Home until one hour before the service.
