Mrs. Clara Bivin Best, 64 of Palmyra, died at 8 A.M. July 27 at her home. She is survived by her husband, William; two sons, Billy, of Chatham; and Michael, of Plainview; two daughters, Mrs. Kathleen Shipley, of Carlinville; and Mrs. Geraldine Qualls, of Palmyra; one sister, Mrs. Luthella Bangert, of Brighton; nine grandchildren. Services were at 2:30 P.M. Wednesday at Stults Funeral Home, Burial in Oak Hill Cemetery.
