On Saturday, August 27, Susan R Brady, after a lingering illness of consumption, passed away. Hope was felt almost to the last, of her recovery. At last she knew she must die and was perfectly resigned to the will of God. Her many friends will grieve at her departure. She was always cheerful, merciful and charitable, to all, and died without an enemy. Four brothers, James, Samuel, Lewis and Jacob, and one sister, Mrs. Caroline Frommeyer, survive her. She was aged about 46 years.
