Norman C. Trach, 74, of Saylorsburg, died Saturday in Pompano Beach, Fla., while on vacation. He was the husband of Erma R. (George) Trach. They observed their 39th wedding anniversary in June.
Trach was employed by the former St. Regis Paper Co., Nazareth, for 34 years until retiring in 1981.
Born in Bushkill Township, he was a son of the late Clinton L. and Anna A. (Reese) Trach.
He was a member of Holy Cross Lutheran Church, Moorestown.
He was the past noble grand of the Aluta Lodge of Independent Order of Odd Fellows 488 and past chief patriarch of Bushkill Encampment of Independent Order of Odd Fellows 55.
Survivors: Wife; sisters, Mrs. Mamie M. Muschlitz and Mrs. Beatrice A. Bond, both of Nazareth, and brothers, Elwood J. of Wind Gap and Ralph W. of Nazareth.
Services: 11 a.m. Friday in the church. Call 7-9 p.m. Thursday, Bensing Funeral Home, Moorestown.
