Daughter of John Drayton Haynes and Mary Melissa Bird. Wife of William R. Bunckley whom she married on June 4, 1874 (see obituary). Mr. Bunckley already had two children, Lucy and William R., by a previous wife, presumably deceased. Emma is not known to have had any children of her own.

Enna and her sister, Julia Haynes, lived with their older half-sister Mary Jane and her husband, Alexander Kincaid Watt and are found with them in the 1860 and 1870 censuses of Morehouse Parish. In the Morehouse Parish 1880 census she is with her husband, William R. Bunckley [listed as Bunkly] and children, Lucy (age 10) and William R. Jr (age 8).
