Alice L. Hagen, 79, Robbinsdale, Minn., formerly of the Dallas/Sioux Creek area, died Feb. 4, 2000, at Crystal Lake Good Samaritan Center, Robbinsdale.




She was born April 1, 1920, to Christ and Agnes (Nelson) Amundson in the Town of Sioux Creek. She attended grade school at Dallas and graduated from Prairie Farm High School in 1940. She worked at Liebman's Lodge, Cable, after graduating. In the mid 1940's she moved to Minneapolis where she worked for Sears until retiring in the early 1980's. She married Norman Hagen Oct. 13, 1973, at Dallas.


Surviving are sisters, Adeline Owens of Pell City, Ala., Palma Moen of Hillsdale, Myrtle Horn of Mound, Minn., Violet Monroe of Littlefork, Minn., and Nila Jean Steele of Osoyoos, British Columbia, Canada; brothers, Ralph and James Amundson, both of Fall Creek; nieces; nephews; and other relatives.


She was preceded in death by her parents; a sister, Olga Van Beek; and a brother, Raymond Amundson.


A memorial service will be held 1:00 p.m., Saturday, June 10, from Mark Rausch Funeral Home, Dallas, Rev. Clarence Amundson officiating. Internment was at the Dallas Cemetery.
