Milard M. Corson, popular and well known business man of New Albany, passed away at his home Monday morning after an extended illness.
Mr. Corson was born in Albany township November 16, 1858. He is survived by two daughters, Miss Frances at home; Mrs. Burt VanDyke of Tunkhannock, and one son Manley M. Corson of New Albany. Funeral services will be held Thursday morning at 11 o'clock. Interment will be in Hillcrest cemetery, New Albany.
Mr. Corson has been in business at New Albany for 50 years or more and was highly respected throughout his home community. He was a member of the Evergreen Lodge of Masons.
