MICHAEL R. CHOKA, 42, of Fort Wayne died yesterday at his home. A lifelong Fort Wayne resident, he was a member of the Cathedral of the Immaculate Conception. He worked with his father, Russell of Fort Wayne, who survives, in the family's business, Coney Island.
Also surviving are his wife, Barbara Phillips-Choka; sons, Andrew and Matthew, both at home; his mother, Helen of Fort Wayne; a sister, Kathleen Choka of Fort Wayne; and a brother, Ronald of Fort Wayne.
Calling will be 2 to 9 p.m. tomorrow at Klaehn, Fahl & Melton Funeral Home, Winchester Road Chapel, 6424 Winchester Road. Calling will also be 9:30 to 10:30 a.m. Saturday in the church, with services following. Burial will be in Greenlawn Memorial Park.
