Saturday Morning Mr. and Mrs. Harold Prentice received word that the former's father, B. D. Prentice, whose home is in Clinton, Washington, had been killed in an automobile accident near Ocean View, Oregon, where the deceased and his wife were spending their vacation. Mr. Prentice was driving along a narrow road when his car slipped over a 150-foot embankment, turning over seven times during the descent. The gentleman never regained consciousness. The body will be brought to Wray for burial. He had many friends in this community, as he resided here for several years, before going to Washington for his health.
