CLYDE — Adelaide L. Marcotte, 70, Clyde, died Friday, Aug. 31, 1990, at St. Joseph Hospital, Concordia.
Mrs. Marcotte was born Adelaide L. Gunter on March 16, 1920, northeast of Miltonvale and was a lifelong resident of the St. Joseph and Miltonvale communities. She was a homemaker and a member of St. Peter's Catholic Church and Altar Society, Aurora, St. Joseph Hospital Auxiliary and Women of the Moose, Concordia, and the I. W. W. Club.
Survivors include her husband, Richard of the home; a daughter, Darlene Bachamp of Concordia; three sisters, Pauline Boston and Lena Taddeo, both of Salina, and Leona Zafereo of Fountain, Colo.; four grandchildren; and four greatgrandchildren.
The funeral will be at 10 a.m. Wednesday at the St. Peter's Catholic Church, Aurora, Monsignor Alfred Wasinger and the Rev. James Dallen officiating. Burial will be in the church cemetery.
A vigil service will be at 7:30 p.m. Tuesday at the Chaput-Buoy Funeral Chapel, Concordia.
Memorials may be made to the church or St. Joseph Foundation for Healthcare.
Visitation will be from 10 a.m. to 9 p.m. Tuesday at the funeral home.
