OBITUARY :
OTTO GEORGE MICHAEL, 65, husband of Mrs. Doris Shank Michael, 436 Brewer Ave., was dead on arrival at the Washington County Hospital Monday afternoon.

He was born in Baltimore, son of Mary Myers Michael of Baltimore and the late William Michael. He was employed by the Southern Packing Co. of Baltimore. He served with the Merchant Marines for 26 years.

Besides his wife and mother he is survived by daughter, Lorraine Michael, Towson, Md.; two grandchildren; two brothers, Albert Michael, Frank Laird, both of Baltimore; two step-sons, Eddie Schroyer, Sharpsburg; Nelson Lewis, Downsville.

Funeral services will be held at the Bast Funeral Home in Boonsboro Thursday at 10 a.m., burial in Smithsburg Cemetery.

The family will receive friends at the funeral home Wednesday evening 7 to 9.
