Jessey D. Osborn, 90, of 653 W. 5th St., died Tuesday at his home. A native of Michigan, he had lived in San Bernardino for 39 years. He was a retired boiler foreman for the Santa Fe Railway and a 50-year member of Michigan Lodge No. 50, F&AM, in Jackson, Mich. Survivors include two sons, Raymond W. and T. D. Osborn, both of San Bernardino; four grandchildren and two great-grandchildren. Services will be held at 10 a.m. Friday at Stephens & Bobbitt Chapel. Entombment will be in Montecito Memorial Park Mausoleum.
