Mr. Railsback was born November 23, 1915, in Knox County, Texas to parents James and Nettie Railsback.
He married Hazel Swain on Jan. 25, 1936, in Munday, Knox County,Texas. He was a Singer sewing machine repairman and a member of the First Baptist Church of Seymour. Survivors include his wife, two sons, Thomas Floyd of San Antonio and Gilbert Lee of Maud, Texas; four sisters, Edna Everett, Mirdle Brown, Pearl Carter and Ruby Crawford all of Seymour; six grandchildren and a great grandchild.
