John Franklin Adamson, age 70, died on July 16, 1992 in Salt Lake City, at his home.
Born February 4, 1922 in Ophir, Utah, the son of William Henry and Mary Ann Russell Adamson. Married Idonna Bennett on June 21, 1957 in Las Vegas, Nevada. He served honorably in the U.S. Army during World War II. He retired from Kennecott Copper Corporation.
Survivors: wife, Idonna; two daughters, Alonna and Ross Kemper, and Charlene Ornelas; two sons, Keith and Shirleen Johnson, Gordon and Brenda Johnson; 12 grandchildren; three great-grandchildren.
Graveside services will be on Monday, 3:00 p.m., at the Redwood Memorial Estates, 6500 South Redwood Road, where friends and family may call one hour prior to services.
