Mrs. Annie Rebecca Fritz, widow of Jacob Fritz, died at the home of Mr. and Mrs. E. Frank Herr, 148 Steinwehr avenue, Saturday afternoon at 1:30 from a cerebral hemorrhage, aged 59 years, 7 months and 8 days. She had been a life long resident of this county, having been born at New Chester. She was the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. John M. Stoner, of Fairfield, who survive her.
She resided at New Chester until the death of her husband when she went with her sisters.
She is survived, besides her parents, by two step-sons, John Fritz, Cashtown, and Abraham Fritz, Penbrook; one step-daughter, Mrs. James Tressler, Penbrook; two sisters, Mrs. Walter Foulk, near Gettysburg and Mrs.. E Frank Herr, Steinwehr avenue and two brothers, J Howard Stoner, Wilmington, and Upton J Stoner, near Biglerville.
Funeral Tuesday afternoon at 1:30 from the home of her sisters, Mrs. E Frank Herr, with further services at 2:30 at Flohr's church, the Rev. George B Ely, of Arendtsville, officiating. Interment in the adjoining cemetery.
