NORTHAMPTON -- Charlene M. (Yaple) Madsen, 62, died June 18th at her home in Northampton, MA. Charlene was born December 29, 1947 in Westfield. She attended Westfield schools and lived in Florida for many years before settling in Northampton. She is survived by her three children; Michael Eggers of Toronto ON, Marcy Pickard of Southwick and Janelle Kennick of Northampton. Her four grandchildren; Anna, Carly, Erica and Joey. Additionally, she is survived by her father Jay Yaple Sr. of Westfield, her sister Cynthia Bruneau of Westfield and her brother Jay Yaple and his wife Elke of Enfield, CT. Her calling hours will be Friday, June 25th from 8:30-9:45 a.m. at the Robert E. Cusack Funeral Home, 94 Main St., Immediately followed by a mass at St. Peter's Roman Catholic Church, State St. with a burial at St. Mary's Cemetery, all in Westfield.
