MRS. JOHN SPEED MORRIS
Funeral services for Mrs. John Speed Morris, who died March 5th, at Annapolis, Md., were held Tuesday with burial in the family graveyard at Monticello.
Mrs. Morris, the former Pattie Cary Kean of Montross, was 80 years old. She was the daughter of R. G. H. Kean of Lynchburg and Mrs. Jane Nicholas Randolph Morris and the great-great granddaughter of Thomas Jefferson.
Surviving are six children, Robert Kean Morris of Panama, Canal Zone; Mrs. Allen M. Sumner of Montross; Mrs. Page Morris Hunter of Alexandria; William Sylvanus Morris of Dubuque, Minn.; Mrs. Horace K. Hutchens of New York City and Mrs. Thomas Ross Cooley of Annapolis, Md.
