A graveside reinterment service for Mr. Alvin C. Bennett will take place Saturday March 28, 2015 at 2:00 PM at Ramah Cemetery in Blackshear, GA.
Mr. Bennett was born in 1917 in Pierce County to Cleve and Annie Laurie (Bryant) Bennett, and passed away in 1992 in Murfreesboro, TN where he was originally interred (Roselawn Memorial Gardens.) Mr. Bennett will be reinterred alongside his brother Harry and near his parents and grandparents who meant so much to him.
Mr. Bennett is now survived by his three children: Anita Elmore of Luverne, AL; Rodger Bennett of Athens, AL; and James Bennett of Glendale, AZ; a sister, Marie Fallin of Molena, GA; along with numerous other members of his extended family.
