She was preceded in death by her husband, Carl Rinehart; parents, Will and Bertha Smith; brothers, Johnie, Clayton, Raymond and Junior Smith; sister-in-law, Lillian Smith; brothers-in-law, Roy Smith and Robert Rinehart; and special aunt, Minnie Garber.
She is survived by a son, Bill and daughter-in-law, Ruth Ann Rinehart, Rogersville; two daughters, Carolyn and son-in-law, Vincent Hoard, Kingsport, Joyce and son-in-law Chester Carey, Mt. Carmel; grandchildren, Jamie and wife Cindy Rinehart, Michael Rinehart, Raymond Rinehart, Melinda Carey, Lauressa and husband Jonathan Ford, Brent Hoard, Malincent and husband Joe Jaynes; former grandson-in-law, Danny Williams; three great-granddaughters, Chantell Rinehart, Chloe Rinehart and Allie Ford; three great-grandsons, Cody Carey, Landon Jaynes and Justin Jaynes; sisters-in-law, Charcey Smith, Ida Mae Smith and Louise Rinehart; former sister-in-law, Bennie Smith; nieces, Linda and Roy Everhart, Cathy Smith and Teresa Devault; nephews, David and wife April Smith, Ricky and wife Debbie Smith; three great-nephews; three great-nieces; two great-great-nephews; two great-great-nieces; several cousins; and special friend, Margie Hilton.
Funeral services were held Sunday, Feb. 9, 2003, at Colboch-Price Funeral Home with Rev. Ron McGhee and Bro. Todd Jennings officiating. Graveside services were held Monday, Feb. 10, 2003, at Hawkins County Memorial Gardens.
