Ladislav Matousek, 83, of Brookfield, Illinois, died April 29, 1992, at Hinsdale Hospital, Hinsdale IL. He was born June 1908 in Kromeriz, CZ, to Dr. Josef Matousek and Marie (nee Pospisil) Matousek. He married Marie Jurajdova in Brno CZ, on June 1, 1940. He was a highway engineer for Cook County IL before he retired. He is survived by his wife of over 51 years, and daughters Marie M. Melhart of Wheaton IL, and Georgiana (David) Stegall of Batavia IL; four grandchildren, Chrys Stegall Lewis, Brian Stegall, Lori Melhart, and Karen Melhart.
