MADISON – Beverly R. Sommer, age 76 of Madison, passed away on Wednesday, April 18, 2007, at the HospiceCare Center, Fitchburg. She was born on September 9, 1930, in Madison, the daughter of Andrew and Anna (Roneid) Bailey. Beverley graduated from Madison East High School in 1948. She worked for the state of Wisconsin, Department of Employee Relations for 25 years.
Beverley is survived by her daughters; grandchildren; sisters, Seline Sidell of Reedsburg. Dorothy (William) Myers of Westminster, Calif. and Betty Bailey (Koenig) of Madison; and several nieces and nephews. She is preceded in death by her parents; a son, Steven Aberle; and brother, Ed Bailey.
Inurnment will be at Roselawn Memorial Park.
