Our beloved father, grandfather and great-grandfather, Lloyd W. Price, 84, passed away peacefully at home November 25, 2001 of natural causes.

Born September 28, 1917 in St. George, Utah, the youngest son of seven children born to Don Carlos and Della Nixon Price. He married his beloved wife, Beth Leggett on October 18, 1939.

Lloyd spent his boyhood years in Provo, Utah where he began his lifelong love of raising pigeons along with participating in and watching sports. At twelve he moved with his family to Salt Lake City. During his early years in Salt Lake he helped his mother through the Great Depression, joined the CCC's, served in the Merchant Marines and made countless friends.

Lloyd worked as a bus driver for City Lines from 1945 to 1952, drove as a line driver for P.I.E. from 1952 to 1965, and finished his driving career at U.T.A. until his retirement. His life was filled with family and many devoted friends.

He is survived by his beloved wife of 62 years, Beth; three sons, Ron, Kent, Steve; eight grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren.

Funeral services will be held Thursday, November 29, 2001 at the Wasatch Lawn Memorial Park 3401 So. Highland Drive at 12 noon. Family and friends are invited to attend a visitation at Wasatch Lawn Mortuary 3401 So. Highland Drive. Wednesday, November 28, 2001 from 6-8 p.m. and Thursday 10:45-11:45 a.m.
