N.C. served in World War II and was a teacher,coach and athletic director by profession. Also, he was commander of the California Cadet Corps at Calexico High School. He taught and coached in Angleton,Texas, Creole, Louisiana, and Calexico, California. After retiring, he and his wife, Anna Dora, moved back to Texas to be near grandchildren, children, and other relatives. He was a member of the Baptist faith and was a member of the Kiwanis and Lions clubs over the years. He is survived by his wife Anna, daughters Deborah and Sharon, son James Patrick Frazier II and four grandchildren. He is preceded in death by son, Richard Alexander, parents, P.C. Frazier and Hettie D. Barnes Frazier and all his siblings.
