Charles Henry Billings, 75, of Valrico, died Saturday night at his residence. He is survived by two sisters, Mrs. Mina Ward and Mrs. Nellie Mooreland, of Kensington, Kan.; two brothers, Joseph and Edward Billings of Kensington; four daughters, Mrs. Mary Brown and Mrs. Anna May Hall of Canton Okla.; Mrs. Rose Bennett of Valrico and Mrs. June Johnson of Tampa and a son Henry Billings of Canton.
