OSCAR WINSTON BRITTAIN, 85, of Memphis, died of heart failure Wednesday at Saint Francis Hospital. Graveside services will be at 2:30 p.m. Wednesday in West Tennessee Veterans Cemetery. Bartlett Funeral Home Family Heritage Chapel has charge. He was a World War II Navy veteran. Mr. Brittain, the husband of Arlie V. Brittain, also leaves two daughters, Lisa Brittain Ball of Memphis and Nancy Brittain Crittenden of Birmingham, and seven grandchildren.
