Arcadia, Louisiana – Graveside services for Mrs. Ollie D. Huckaby Best Hancock, 82, of Arcadia will be held at 10:00 a.m. Monday, November 5, 1964, Arcadia Cemetery under the direction of Conger’s Funeral Home. The Rev. Bill Hoffman will officiate.
Mrs. Hancock died Sunday morning, November 4, 1964, at the Arcadia Baptist Home following a lengthy illness.
She is survived by one son, Fred Lee Best, Jr. and his wife, Laverne, of Arcadia; three sisters Mrs. Jewel Wimberly of Arcadia, Mrs. Sunshine Fleming of Gidsland, and Mrs. Marie Kampen of Minden, La; and one brother, Mr. Ray Huckaby of Bienville, La.
