Marion Center-Oct. 8- Mrs. Horace Brown of Detroit, Mich., who had been with relatives here, two or three weeks, received a telegram the first of the week, that her mother, Mrs. J.H. Brady had been taken to the hospital and underwent an operation for a goiter. Mrs. Brown and her Aunt, Mrs. Hannah Stuchell, a sister of Mrs. Brady, left at once for Detroit. Mr. Brown followed on Wednesday.
A dispatch received yesterday morning says Mrs. Brady died on Wednesday. The remains will be brought to the house of her sister, the old Stuchell place today, and funeral services will be held at 2 P.M.
