MRS. MAHALA A. WALDROP
ETOWAH, April 29----Mrs. Mahala Adeline Waldrop, 78, died Sunday at 11 a.m. at her home here, leaving 63 descendants, besides other relatives.
Surviving are five sons, J.L., H.N., N.B., J.W, and J.A. Waldrop; three daughters, Mrs. Eliza Burrell, Mrs. Sarah Burrell and Mrs. Mattie Miller; one brother R. N. Woody; one sister, Mrs. Jake Cronan; 33 grandchildren and 22 great-grandchildren.
Funeral services will be held Tuesday at 10 a.m. at North Etowah Baptist church, the Rev. Org Foster officiating. Burial will be in Coghill cemetery.
