Hesia (Hexa) Tennessee “Tennie” Williams, whose parents are unknown, was born in DeKalb County, Tennessee on January 17, 1839. She was married twice. First to William Denton Trapp on January 6, 1857 in DeKalb County, Tennessee. He was the son of John Trapp and Susan McGinness,born about 1835 in Wild Cat Hollow, DeKalb County, Tennessee and died in DeKalb County, Tennessee, during the Civil War from a common disease in January 1862 while home on leave. They had two daughters, Tabitha Trapp born about 1858/59 and N. Ellen Trapp born November 27, 1860.

Tennie, married second William A. “Bill” Allen, the son of Alfred Allen and Anna Womack, born May 1, 1844 in Tennessee. They were married on March 16, 1865 in DeKalb County, Tennessee. Bill died December 6, 1878 in DeKalb County, Tennessee. They had 4 known children all born in DeKalb County, Tennessee: Thomas Lee Allen, born January 28, 1866; Alfred Luther Allen, born August 21, 1868; A. Modena Trapp, born August 22, 1871; and Cleveland Asie Allen, born December 3, 1874.

Hexa Tennessee Williams- Allen was the sister of Nancy Williams Trapp- Hooper who is buried at Bonham Cemetery in DeKalb County, Tennessee, and the sister of Albert Hasis Williams {Bud} who is buried at Kennedy Cemetery also located in DeKalb County, Tennessee. He is listed as A. H. Williams. According to Albert's Death certificate His father was Green Williams and his mother was Tabatha Frazier- Williams.
