Bishop Robert Lee Blankenship, 67, resident of Bay City for many years, died Saturday afternoon in Richmond. Burial services are to be held from the Pentecostal Church Tuesday afternoon at 2:30 with Rev. G. P. Gilbert of Corpus Christi officiating. Burial will be at Cedarvale Cemetery under direction of Taylor Bros.
He is survived by one son, Daniel and one daughter, Mrs. Lois Black, both of Bay City. He had, within the last year lost one son and his wife.
