Mrs. Agnes M. Gielow, 402 E. Seventh St., died at 8:30 a.m. yesterday in St. Anthony Hospital following a one-year illness.
Funeral services will be at 9 a.m. Thursday in St. Mary of the Immaculate Conception Church with the Rt. Rev. Msgr. E. H. Vurpillat officiating. Burial will be in Calvary Cemetery. Friends may call at the Root Funeral Home from tomorrow afternoon until the hour of the service. Members of the Rosary Sodality will recite the rosary there at 3 p.m. Wednesday, Daughters of Isabella will recite the rosary at the funeral home at 7:30 p.m. Wednesday.
Mrs. Gielow was born in this city and spent her entire life here. She was the daughter of Nicholas and Katherine (Klein) Phillips. She was a member of St. Mary of the Immaculate Conception Church, the Rosary Sodality, Daughters of Isabella and was a past president of the Catholic Women's Study Club.
