Bea was a devoted member of the LDS church where she served in many callings she was the ward librarian, visiting teacher and was involved in the scouting program. She was a proud member of the DUP, American Legion and the VFW.
Bea was the BPW woman of the year. She worked as a Waitress at the El Bambi and the Elite restaurants. She also worked as a clerk at the Lunds store. Bea had a great love for the outdoors, beautiful clothing and jewelry, her grandkids and for everyone she knew. She will be know as a great Utah Jazz fan and for her large collection of "pig" figurines. Bea will be greatly missed by her entire family and Beaver County.
Beatrice is survived by her children: Edward (Susan) of Layton, Utah; Donald (Bonnie) of Milford, Utah; Allen (Pamela) of Roy, Utah; Craig (Lois) of Beaver, Utah; Kevin (Shirlene) of Beaver, Utah; her brothers Merrill (Mary) Lowe of Beaver, Utah; Alma (Donna) Lowe of St. George, Utah; her sisters Vera (Warren) Waters of Las Vegas, Nevada; 31 grandchildren, 78 great-grandchildren and 3 great-great grandchildren.
We are certain a joyous reunion is taking place above as Bea is reunited and preceded in death by her husband, Cecil, daughter Colleen Bradshaw, parents Ernest Issac and Genevieve Ward Lowe, brothers Lynn Lowe and sisters Florence Beaumont, Alberta Limb, Ilene Blake, son-in-law Randy Bradshaw.
Funeral services will be held on Monday, April 18, 2011 at 1:00 p.m. at the Beaver LDS Stake Center in Beaver, Utah. A visitation for family and friends will be held on Sunday, April 17, 2011 from 6:00-8:00 p.m. at the Beaver Stake Center and again on Monday prior to services from 11:00-12:30 p.m. at the Stake Center. Interment will be in the Mt. View Cemetery, in Beaver, Utah, all under the direction of Southern Utah Mortuary.
