Louise, as she was known, was the daughter of Jethro Sudduth and Mintie Burnice Vaughn. She married Louis Henry Goins in Franklin County, Kentucky on September 15, 1935. They were the parents of 3 sons, Hugh S., Louis D., and Perry G. The youngest, Perry, died at the age of 11 1/2 of Polio and is also buried in the Frankfort Cemetery.
