CUSTER, MT. --- Funeral services for Robert Kenneth Rogers, 43, who died Sunday at his ranch home five miles east of Custer, will be at 2 p.m. Wednesday at Beals Mortuary, Forsyth.

Burial will be in the Forsyth Veterans Cemetery, Forsyth, MT.

He was born April 13, 1924, in Forsyth, a son of Mr. and Mrs., Frank Rogers Sr.

He spent his youth in Forsyth.

He enlisted in the Navy in 1942 and was discharged in 1946.

He married Elma E. Sample in Billings, MT. June 10, 1947.

After his marriage he farmed near Forsyth until 1953.

He worked for Northern Pacific Railway until 1961, when he moved to a farm near Worden.

He began farming in the Custer area in 1963 and had been there since.

Surviving are the widow: his mother, Mrs. Frank Rogers Sr., of Forsyth; two sons, Robert Rogers and Kenneth Rogers of Custer; a daughter Miss Mary Jane Rogers of Custer; four brothers, Frank Rogers Jr. of Boise, ID., Don Rogers of Hysham, MT., Jack Rogers in Vietnam, and Bill Rogers of Billings, MT.;
six sisters, Mrs. Clyde Dragoo of Roana, MT., Mrs. Henry Greene of Billings, MT., Mrs. Joseph Koch of Elgin, OR., Mrs. Richard Keller of Custer, MT., Mrs. James Watson of Forsyth, MT., and Mrs. Albert (Bev) Barta Jr. of Forsyth, MT., and a granddaughter.
