He is survived by the following children: Mrs. S. W. Preslar. Concord; Dr. C. W and Dr. Gene Clark, Columbia, S. C.: Mrs. H. J. Ogburn and Mrs. J. H. Marze[Lela V. Clark Marze], Pageland; Mrs. E. C. Anderson, Albemarle; Mrs. E L. Melton, Concord; George F. Clark, Hampton, Va. and three sisters, Mrs. W. J. Blakeney, Pageland; Mrs. Effie Collins, Charlotte and Mrs. Alice Mangum of Portsmouth, Va., and two brothers, C. C. and Rufus Clarke, Pageland. A sister, Mrs. Frances C. Newton, of Monroe, was buried Monday the same day Mr. Clark died.
Funeral services were conducted from the Pageland Baptist church Tuesday afternoon at 4 30 o'clock by the pastor, the Rev. J. C Meigs, assisted by the Rev. L. T. Gill and the Rev. Paul C Scott. Burial was in the Rose Hill cemetery. Sons-in-laws were pallbearers, J. B. Swanner and F. C. Anderson, Albemarle, S. W. Preslar and Rev E. L. Melton, Concord, H. J. Ogburn and J. H. Marze, of Pageland.
