The son of Thomas Edward Walton and Jennie Ann Hendry.

Thomas Earle Walton married Marian Pearl Acheson on 18 Jun 1930 at Proton Twp., Grey County, Ontario. They had five children.

He took over the family farm when his parents retired to Dundalk. Then in 1961, his son took over the farm, enlarged the dairy heard, put in modern dairy equipment as well as modern machinery.
