She was a member of the Wesley United Methodist Church.
Surviving are her husband, Lowell B. Moser, of the home; her mother, Frances Blackwell, McClenny, Florida; three sons, Larry Moser and John Paul Moser, both of St. Joseph, and Richard Moser, Edgerton, Mo.; a foster son, Bill West, St. Joseph; a foster daughter, Deborah Ann West, St. Jospeh; eight grandchildren; two brothers, James Blackwell, McClenny, Florida, and John D. Blackwell, Everett, Washington, and a half brother, George Blackwell, living in Germany.
