BUSH, ELIZABETH NAN - age 95 of Rutledge passed away April 10, 2011 at Ridgeview Terrace Nursing Home. She was preceded in death by her husband Monroe Bush; parents, Lon and Grace Thompson; and sister, Ruth Hopkins. Survivors include her daughter, Carolyn (Ross R.) Hollyfield of Johnson City; grandson, Jeffrey (Mary) Hollyfield of Johnson City; granddaughter, Sarah E. (Robert S.) Pardue of Knoxville; great granddaughter, Grace Caroline Pardue; sisters, Margaret Smyth of Dayton, Ohio, Sara Minor of Jonesville, VA., and Barbara Macke of Dayton, Ohio; and special pet, Benji. Also a special thanks to her friends, Muriel Walton, Wanda and the late Claude Bullen, and Tammy Pierce. Funeral services will be 7:00 p.m. Tuesday, April 12, 2011 in the chapel of Smith-Reagan Funeral Home in Rutledge with Rev. Ted Phillips and Rev. Travis Bowden officiating. Graveside services will be 11:00 a.m.. on Wednesday in Jefferson Memorial Gardens. The family will receive friends 5:00 p.m. till 7:00 p.m. prior to services Tuesday evening at the funeral home.
