White Hall, Maryland Maude Marie Badders, 89, of White Hall, Md. died at 6 a.m. Thursday at York Hospital. She was the wife of the late William M. "Sam" Badders.

The service will be 2 p.m. Sunday at the J.J. Hartenstein Mortuary Inc., 24 Second Street, New Freedom. Burial will be in Pine Grove United Methodist Cemetery in Parkton, Md. Viewing will be 7 to 9 p.m. Saturday at the mortuary.

Mrs. Badders was born April 10, 1911, in Hoffmanville, Md. She was the daughter of the late Oscar H. and Pearl G. (Stiffler) Marshall.

She attended Trail Church of the Nazarene in New Freedom and was a former member of Pine Grove United Methodist Church in Parkton, Md.

Mrs. Badders is survived by three sons, Melvin C. Badders and Larry L. Badders, both of White Hall, Md., and C. Marshall "Ted" Badders of New Freedom; a daughter, M. Jeannette Michal of Freeland, Md; five grandchildren; eight great-grandchildren; a great-great grandson; and a brother, Arthur M. Marshall, Sr., of Towson, Md.

Officiating at the service will be the Rev. John Fisher.
