Survivors: Daughters, Bernice Kurtz and husband Joseph of Trophy Club, Judith Mayfield and husband Paul of Affton, Mo.; brother, Ruil Mathis of Dittmer, Mo.; sister, Ruth Carenza of St. Louis, Mo.; seven grandchildren; 13 great-grandchildren and two great-great-grandchildren.
